We have recently been commissioned to provide architecture and engineering services for ten entry level Town Homes. Production of the schematic set of plans is now underway.

The two acre site will accommodate three pods of Town Homes. First pod will be a grouping of four, two story and basement Units; second pod will be four, one story Ranch Style and basement Units and third pod will be two, two story and basement Units.

Each pod is designed to optimize on it’s siting with considerations of views, land area, access, ease of recreational vehicular use, etc.

The first set of Units has the Master Suite located on the second floor, facing a golf course. A large balcony provides relaxing greenbelt views of the course and associated activities happening.
This Unit is 2,636 square feet of living space, with three Bedrooms plus the Master Suite on the second floor. As such, we have designed the Laundry Room and a Kids Space on this floor.

The second set of Units is a one story Ranch Style, for ease of use with retirees. An extra Bedroom and Bath is sequestered for use of visiting family and friends. Additionally, there is accommodation for a separate garage space for a large golf cart. The Master Bath will have shower grab bars, ease-of-use higher water closet and three foot wide doors.

The third set of Units are located with ease of access to a main street, with convenience to work and shopping. This large Unit contains a Master Suite, three Bedrooms, a Laundry Room and an Office on the second floor. The first floor has a large Living Room eighteen feet long and a flexible Office/Bedroom with its own Bath and closet. Additionally, an extra long Garage is designed to accommodate a large truck or small RV.

A small community outdoor grass space with picnic table, BBQ, basketball court and covered patio with half kitchen and family style dining table, is centrally located for fun activities and celebrations. This development is sure to bring happiness and value to all.
